About Us

Planning Spree

’cause life loves plans

Planning Spree is a tiny corner of the internet to spout about staying happy, healthy and organised. You’ll find articles on a whole host of topics, including health and wellness, recipes, technology, family, lifestyle and everything in between. Anything that might crop up in the lives of a young, working family of three, you’ll probably find it here. As you may have guessed from the name of this place however, one of my biggest passions in life is planning. Be it planning meals for the week, for a holiday in a few months or buying a house in a couple of years, most of the fun in anything for me is planning the heck out of it.

Honestly, I think plans are important. They give life a structure, a roadmap to the things that you want – I find it a necessary, cathartic experience to put a plan in place, and then make it happen. Sure, you can’t plan for absolutely everything and we document that stuff too!

Amy

The mouthpiece. I started to blog shortly before I gave birth to Mason and I’ve been sort of hooked on it ever since. I work as a full-time solicitor, as well as juggling a bouncy three year old, a husband and a busy household. I love video games, cooking, long baths, pretty pens and of course, planners and planning my entire life. Current plans include buying our own house, going to Disney World and trying to convince Wes to buy me a dog (more on him later).
