17 Songs You Need To Hear After A Bad Day

songs you need to hear after a bad day

Sometimes you just have a really, really bad day. Days where you get to six o’clock and you’re just done with it. I get it. We all have them (believe me, I know) but what is most important is how you deal with them. For me, I have a bundle of different things I do. I blog, obviously. Sometimes, I play video games (check out my post Video Games to Help You Relax for a handy rundown of the best game to help you chill!) just to unwind. And often, you just need to throw your headphones on and drift away with songs you need to hear after a bad day.

So this is my playlist of songs that are guaranteed to lift me up or just calm me down a bit. They are not necessarily all happy songs, but they are beautiful songs in their own right. I hope they go some way to helping you to let go of what’s got you wound up in the first place. Maybe it’ll introduce you to some new songs and artists, or remind you of tunes you’d forgotten…

P.S. Sorry for the adverts… blame Spotify

Whatever has you down a the minute, I hope it passes soon. Feel free to catch me on twitter if you need a natter. Seriously. Also, if you have some beautiful, relaxing tunes I should check out, leave me a comment and let me know. I’ll no doubt be making more playlists in future to escape reality with!
