10 Best Free Calligraphy Fonts For Your Blog

standard January 10, 2017 1 response

In 2017 I’m making it my mission every month to bring you the very best in the resources that the internet has to offer for you and your blog. Fonts, Websites, Plug-Ins, Apps and Downloads all designed to make your blog as pretty, efficient and user-friendly as you’ve always wanted it to be.

When blogging, we all love things to look as amazing as possible. There are countless sites out there offering resources for people to use that we’re spoiled for choice when it comes to the wonderful world of fonts. I am a big, big fan of pretty writing and it appears I’m not alone, as calligraphy fonts are presently all the rage on the web. Nowhere more so than the blogging community.

That said, when you run a blog that is intended to be read by the general public, most fonts are no longer viable. If you’re playing by the rules, most fonts out there will state that they are free for personal use and for a published blog (especially one where the content can be monetised in any way) that’s generally considered commercial use.

Whilst it’s rare for font owners to come after people using their fonts for commercial use without a licence, it can happen. It’s only right that when we use fonts for our blogs, we do so under the correct terms and give the proper credit where it’s due. So with that being said, I have a solution for you guys.

Here I have a collection of ten of the most beautiful calligraphy fonts, hand-picked from all corners of the internet with one very special thing in common. They are all free for personal and commercial use, so you can use them to your heart’s content on your blog without having to worry that you’re somehow misusing these wonderful resources.

To gain access to the files, all you have to do is enter your name and e-mail address in the form below (it’s only our weekly newsletter, nothing scary!) and click the button. Signing up to our mailing list also means you won’t miss any of the content on our blog including all of our posts on blogging resources and tips.

The best thing is that now you’re subscribed, you’ll be able to get access to all of the free resources in the future too!

Be sure to check all of these amazing designers at their websites too!

I’ve been all over the internet looking for the best stuff, but if you’ve got something you’d like me to help with, then please let me know in the comments so I can hunt it out for you. If you really love these fonts like I do, please have a look at the websites of all of the creators and if you’re feeling generous, make a donation for your favourite.
